Do Something

I watched a French psychology film
in which experiments proved
that taking action
in the face of a challenge,
even pointless action
that won't change the outcome,
eliminated depression
and improved health.

I think body modification
getting tattoos, doing dope,
drinking & weirdo love
is a personal way of achieving this.
It certainly qualifies
as pointless action

Tattoos-
won't solve the world's problems,
but getting inked is a form of action,
and tattoos sublimate personalized
decorative artistic expression-
without having to redecorate your house

Life is short
and full of
things we can't control,
but within those boundaries,
we can do anything.
Well nearly anything=
and let's face it
there is a certian aspect of " anything"
that laves much to b desired

But if it makes you truly happy , do it.
If it hurts someone else
you;ll hear about it soon enough

If it doesn't make you truly happy
and you do it anyway
chances are stress got the better of you
and you will wake up
with some dreadful
pointless action challenge
rendered on your skin forever
reminding you far into the future
that you are completely capable
of making a bad choice
on short notice
