Drug Prohibition- a fairytale ***************************** From what i understand, societal efforts are directed at the supply of certain substances.. & prohibits certain substances and work to detect and remove it from circulation.. if players approach and embrace the prohibited substance the dog bites them. That is the game , otherwise the dog has nothing to do with them At this stage of the game there is nobody alive who had their drug taking liberties removed : everybody alive today was born into a world where drug prohibition was in effect .. amongst us living souls it had always been an offense to embrace the prohibited substances, and when they did embrace the prohibited substance aka forbidden fruit they risked retribution by law.. and that dog bites down hard. Dodging the dog is how the black market operates, they assume that risk and charge accordingly. Just because the dog dodgers are a professional association doesnt mean the dog will quit and stop biting. Dope is not a necessity of life- or an elemental freedom- its a party favour. Sometimes the dog wins, sometimes the dodgers win - none the less, the dog will always get fed by society even if some of them try to dodge the dog themselves. The dog is always watching and sniffing the air for players. Sometimes the dog accepts bacon in distraction so the dodgers can make a quick run past but other dogs watch other dog. this is a gross oversimplification --but I am trying to figure out the rationale that so much of the world subscribes to. A greater part of the world is against dope than for dope and by far
