World's End vegetable Curry
*****************************
*cut up 2 potatoes
and 2 carrots into small cubes.
*pan fry with all the
onions till onions you wish are transparent
*--pan fry all in oil
a few minutes to create a
bit of a crusty coat
on each piece but not cooked soft-

* add lots of >> turmeric
as its a nice colour
and a sensational anti oxidant.
all you can get inside you is good
safe and mild--

*You can add garlic, but I don't
If I can find them-- OCRAS

* green pepper or celery is not successful in this curry
*sneak in some frozen pre cooked chick peas if you want

**** _ have a couple of cups
el dente cooked lentils ready-
rinse them before adding
** high end smaller white dhal lentil
are ideal in every way

* _in big pot add a tin of crushed tomatoes or fresh if you can get them
to the pre cooked lentils,

*add pan fried veggies--
I add frozen green beans, and __ always frozen
summer green peas for
looks, texture and sweetness..

*stirr in vindaloo
curry paste to taste --
if its too thick, ADD A LITTLE WATER-

**_ add generous black pepper, and a whole crushed chili broken up - as desired
**i never add salt as theres salt in the papadoms side dish lentil bread

** simmer till veggies are sort of cooked,20 mins-

**sirr as its thick and may
burn on bottom
then reduce heat
** _add a 250 ml tin of coconut milk, stirr, slowly raise heat stirring while
observingthen turn off heat, put lid on let it finish cooking with latent heat ..
15 mins-

fry up a couple of papadoms
to go with it and thats it..
papadomns do not reheat well
soalways make them fresh..


I serve with a small glass of milk
to cut the mouth heat
and always a tangerine
or small orange for desert
to cut the mouth heat..
or whatever you want as a
counter balance to the curry..

I like a chutney esp the South Indian Line pickle, but anything you like --

curry nukes wonderfully next day
I dislike texture of frozen curry thawed
but hey., I'm an asshole

no rice , no bread, no dairy, no sugar very little salt
in this high protein - high fart meal

It happens to be
cheap & easy to make
but even if it was
expensive and difficult
I'd want it anyway

constipated? not anymore
