Behold the mammoth- they are the 1% of the forest- the tiny rabbits vastly outnumber them, but it is vain for rabbits to ask Mammoths to become smaller and not eat all the grass, especially in winter when grass is hard to obtain
but it is there to be found, under the snow.
Mammoth says " the grass grows all the time,
I eat what I need and to you thats a lot, I understand
To you rabbits I say “ eat all the grass you can chew,
get as big as you want.
But I see all winter you sleep
in a hole but I dig into the ice for grass
because I know it’s there is grass to be had
no matter how cold it is. I do not sleep in a hole,
I strive and I succeed
when the wolf comes, you rabbits hide
but I kick his ass!
The wolf eats you, he doesn't eat me.
Every wolf’s ass I kick is one less wolf troubling you.
You can’t kick even one wolf’s ass,
even if you all worked together
Mammoths are big, but we are not evil
We don’t eat all the grass
we both know the whole world
is covered in grass, every day of the year
even in the winter
go dig some grass and eat your fill

Mammoths lived a full life on this world
for a very long time..
they had fun, they ignored the rabbit’s resentment
The species you are assigned to at birth
might live a million years,
but you as an individual don't live a million years.
you won't even live a million days
Many won’t live a million hours
in regret?
anyone you blame doesn't give a shit

I watched a documentary about Aaron Swartz
the American computer hacker who committed suicide .
He made a million bucks before he was 21 but was still resentful, so he robbed the 1% who immediately chased him down and busted his ass. The evidence of his guilt was overwhelming . He was offered a plea deal by the cops but turned it down. He wanted to be rewarded, not punished
He then faced 25 years in jail for a string of felony charges, He was a mastermind serial thief who carried out well out prepared plans to defraud an institution. He was a safe cracker who sought out data rather than jewels and the stole a lot of data over a considerable stretch of time. The cops and the Institution did not consider him a genius hero but a common thief with the uncommon ability to steal
When Swartz realized his vision of social reality priorities was not gonna cut it in a court of law, and a felony conviction would wall him off from participating in interesting projects ( thief ) for the rest of his life he grew morose and then hung himself.
Was he greedy in spite of maintaining a selfless self image of altruism
Greed... what exactly is greed except maybe resentment aimed outwards ?
Are mammoths greedy ?
They are certainly resourceful and brave
resourcefulness & bravery are pre conditions
to success
the desperate are dangerous
because they think they are special,
or worse- an exception
humanity is doing
it’s best
in spite of knowing better
logic only works in reverse
we can evaluate what has already happened,
but not what will happen
we can discuss what is happening
and speculate on what might happens
and take safeguards
create backup plans
but no, we cannot apply logic into the future
Logic has limitations
not all of logic has been discovered or quantified
thats your job lads,
to add to the pool of reality
wow, how do you accept what you don't know if its there?
life was hard for men and mammoths
because we both wanted to be the 1%
we could not agree on creating a top 2%
so it got nasty
we kicked their asses
