only apologise _for something,
not _at someone
for clarity
no matter how fucked up
or retarded it was-
don't apologise
in general,
it cheapens the effect
and its never enough
once you start-
if you mean it
say it,
if not
then not..
cool has nothing
to do with it.
still its 50:50
whether the recipient
will hate you..
make that 60:40..
one thing about a good apology,
it can make a casual friendship
somewhat strong and good real fast.
